sf polaroids

i almost went to sf without the 5 packs of polaroid i bought. i was in such a rush i forgot to pick them up at the mail room, realizing this saturday morning, hours before i was to leave. the mail room is usually open saturday mornings, but it was closed for spring break. i wasn't going to have this. i emailed the mail room and called anyone i knew that worked there. everyone was gone or had left and i needed approval and a student worker to access the mail room. i went to lunch knowing i had to find someone. i went up to the loud speaker like an idiot and annouced that i was looking for anyone that worked at the mail room. i looked around until i saw someone pointing. a single girl was raising her hand. she agreed to help and everything worked out. i did have to tell everyone that it was a family emergency, and that this gift had to be delivered. there was no way i was goingto not use these polaroids for my trip. no. no. no. i paid express shipping just for them to get there on time. i tipped the girl that helped me. every polaroid cost $3.59 to take.
